Imagine beautiful tender meat & vegetables cooked in the smoker for hours to steep in the rich, velvety depths of wood and charcoal and delivered by The Aussie Smoker in 3 beautiful courses. Add a gin cocktail from The Falmouth Distilling Company or a cool brew from The Dynamite Brewing Company and finish the BBQ experience with a sweet and sensational dessert from the Dessert Shed. Relax into the evening of artisan flavours amongst cool tunes from DJ Atgani for just £45 a head with £5 per ticket donated to local men’s health charity Man Down.

The Aussie Smoker
The Aussie Smoker is Adam Kesacoffe an Aussie and now resides in Falmouth with his family and this sensational business. After years of corporate life Adam decided to move to Cornwall and pursue his love of BBQs which is something he sees as in his blood. We have visited Aussie at his site under the Ponsanooth Viaduct and the succulent chicken from his huge self designed smoker had us hooked. Wow his flavours, the tenderness of the meat, the depth of flabour in his smokey parmazan: delicious. We are thrilled to have Adam takeover INDIdog’s kitchen. Putting his BBQ food onto porcelain plates is a fresh twist for Adam and a fresh twist for Autumn when it comes to BBQ food. We hope you enjoy this Autumnal event.
The Dynamite Valley Brewing Co.
Tucked away under Ponsanooth’s viaduct is a venture that started life as a micro-brewery based in a porta-cabin close to Falmouth. Six years in and they’ve received no less than five prestigious awards for their unique style individually hand-wrapped bottles. It’s a proud moment when you can boast to tasting every single one of their beers. Sad when you genuinely can’t pick a favourite because they’re all so good.
The Falmouth Distilling Co.
Two chefs and a scientist making gin. Now that’s a combination that you know is going to make good spirit! Daisy, Ruth & Chloe are inspired by Cornwall, its coast, its colours & the creativity. Love day Gin is distilled in small batches with fresh samphire and fennel. They are trying to use some of Adam’s produce to create a special edition smokey cocktail. Or will they choose to compliment his flavours using a seasonal twist? Come and find out for yourself.
Ellis Wharton Wines
We have worked with Charles owner of EW Wines since day 1 of INDIdog. He sat in our garden at Highcliffe and opened some 50 bottle of wine for us to try and his knowledge and taste seemed undeniable. Just before Covid lockdown Charles expanded into a large unit in Indian Queens. Supporting him after lockdown has been really important to us as his support of us has been unrivalled.
This is a man who decided he was over his long and successful corporate career and gave it all up to pursue his love of music. Do you not just love that? We do and we love his mixes. He’s the first DJ to perform at INDIdog and we are really excited to finally have some live tunes.
The Dessert Shed
Made by local Chef Arty Williams. After selling his very much loved Falmouth restaurant Arty began offering his restaurant standard desserts in jars for customers to take home. Less than a year on and a cottage industry is born. Which ones will Arty be sharing with you on the night you wonder? Will it be the millionaires shortbread: the lemon posset? Let’s wait and see.
