ALAN BIRD takover 13th November

Come and spend the evening enjoying an 8 course taster menu with one of the UK’s most prestigious chefs Alan Bird. Long time friend of INDIdog’s very own Executive Chef Paul Ripley, Chef Bird will be taking on our kitchen to cook you some of his famous IVY dishes. This one is not to be missed.   

Alan was the Executive Chef of The Ivy Covent Garden for some 23 years and if that alone doesn’t raise an impressed eyebrow then perhaps the knowledge that Alan is personal chef to Andrew Llyod Webber and consultant chef for the Soho House Group will. Alan was Head Chef of the two  Michelin star Simply Nico, consultant chef of J Sheekey London and Executive Chef of his own venture Bird of Spitalfield’s. What has this chef not achieved?

Alan’s chosen charity is Fisherman’s Mission. We will be donating £5 of each ticket to the mission who provide a lifetime of support to fishermen and their families.

Doors open for Canape’s & fizz at 6.30pm for a 7pm sit down.

£60 per person with a £5 donation to Hospitality Action. Full payment at time of booking. Non refundable. The menu is a surprise on the night.

Ken Symons charity pop up night 30th october

An 8 course taster menu in collaboration with INDIdog’s Executive Chef Paul Ripley.

Ken Symons is arguably one of Falmouth’s most treasured chefs. Ken and his equally treasured wife Wendy, were chef and patron of Oliver’s Eatery for 10 years until their retirement this Summer. Ken needs no further introduction other than to say it is an absolute pleasure to host an evening of Ken’s favourite dishes and we hope you can join us for this very exciting event. 

INDIdog’s kitchen is open plan so you will be able to see Ken and Paul at work preparing each course. They will be assisted by Head Chef Stephen Morey and the INDIdog kitchen team.

Ken’s chosen charity is the Hospitality Action who offer vital help to those who have worked and do work in the UK hospitality industry. INDIdog will donate £5 from each ticket sale.
