At INDIDOG we love the 3 ingredient cocktail. We look to use the best spirits possible and the freshest ingredients. We really love to zero waste. The chefs keep loads of exciting bi product for use to make our cocktails unique. Try our conscious cocktail range on our wenu.
Glassware is as essential as the quality of the ingredient. Our Pina Colada is served in a porcelain TIKI cup and our Breakfast Martini in a delicate Hayworth Coupe.
Our chosen cocktails are stirred and shaken from the classics with a modern twist: A Yuzu Negroni, A Lychini, A fat washed Blue Hawaii. We make our own infusions, we dry our own garnish and most importantly we support local artisan producers by using local distillers.
Then there are the times when you want to get a little extra or added value. Of course you do – so we’ve produced a special 2 for £12 cocktail menu available 2pm till 6pm every day. We don’t compromise on quality here either.
