Sharp's Brewery Offshore Beer served at INDIDOG Harbourside Restaurant in Falmouth, Cornwall

BEER FLIGHT BY SHARP’S BREWERY

Every course of the Grape v Grain menu is matched not just with wine “grape”, but with a carefully chosen beer “grain” pairing curated by Ed Hughes, Beer Sommelier for Sharps Brewery in Rock, Cornwall.

Sharps are the makers of Doom Bar, the UK’s no.1 cask ale but their range goes far beyond, think offbeat small-batch brews, coastal IPAs and rich stouts designed to surprise and delight when set against each dish.

From crisp, Champagne-like pilsners to complex, velvety porters, Sharps’ portfolio proves that beer can be just as refined, expressive and versatile as wine. With each sip you’ll discover a new side to beer: one that challenges the grape sip-for-sip and makes the debate all the more fun.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NON REFUNDABLE

Once you purchase your ticket it is non refundable. You may gift your ticket to a friend or loved one.

We are not able to cater for dietry requirements

At INDIDOG we are usually extremely happy to help you with dietary requirements, intolerances and allergens however this event is not a time we are able to do so.

This is a night where a great many collaborators who are not permanent employees of the restaurant are catering. It is a tall order to come up with a dish that a number of people you haven’t worked with before are to help you produce. This means that on this occasion, we must ask you not to book if you cannot or will not be happy to accept the menu / dishes you are given on the night.

We have lots of other events in the near future and hope that you will forgive us and remember how much we do usually bend as much as we can to meet your needs. Please don’t shout at us. We just can’t cater for you this time.

THE MENU IS A SECRET

Part of enjoying the evening is the element of surprise. We will not be revealing the menu until the evening.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do we have to sit next to someone we don't know?

You book your tickets and we will sit you on your own table as would be usual for a general seating arrangements. We may run out of smaller tables so you may want to tell us in your comments if you are happy to sit next to strangers. This may give you a greater chance to get a ticket.

I have a dietry requirement

At INDIDOG we are usually extremely happy to help you with dietary requirements, intolerances and allergens however this event is not a time we are able to do so.

Do I get to meet the chefs?

The chefs will be crazy busy but you will be able to see them at work over the pass as our kitchen is 100% open to the dining area. That is what makes INDIDOG that little bit more compelling. They will chat to you if they have a minute. They have in the past and we’ve even had the odd chef sign an item of clothing!

I need wheelchair access

INDIDOG is fully accessible by wheelchair. There is disabled parking right next to us on Church Street Car Park.

Can I sit next to the window?

As is always the proceedure, we don’t promise any particular seat or table to any customer. We allocate seats on the day once we know how many we are catering for and what requirements customers have.

Can I still bring our dog?

On this occasion we are not going to invite dogs. The reason is we will be flying around at super high speeds to get a huge number of dishes out at the same time. We love dogs, you know we do but they won’t be allowed to lie about on the floors this evening and there will be alot of strangers walking around with wine and a PA system with speakers etc. It wouldn’t be appropriate for this event. ANY other time dogs are very welcome indeed.

Can we come later than 7pm

You can if you want to but we will begin service at 7pm and due to the high volumes of dishes in the kitchen each dish will need to left on your table even if you are not seated. There are no discounts for dishes not eaten drinks that you choose not to accept.

What time will it finish?

Around 10.30pm

Can I bring the children?

This event won’t be suitable for children. This is a wine and beer pairing event so it would not be appropriate. Children above 15 are welcome but the ticket price is the same. We will not be able to give them all of the 14 drinks accompanying the meals but we would be happy to let them have a couple of drinks if they are dining with at least one parent. There is no discount on ticket pricing.

Can you save me a ticket?

Sadly that would not be fair. Plus we would probably make a mistake. Better to let the computer keep everyone’s details and bookings safe in the GDPR safe system.

Is there a waiting list?

If you follow us on social media we will post if there are any tickets available. You are also welcome to leave your details and we will phone you as soon as we know more.
