Homage to the Bovine beef in Stithians produce beef from their ex dairy cows. We serve with a monster Yorkshire pudding, crisp roast potatoes, seasonal greens and our rich house gravy, crafted over a week for depth of flavour.

We serve you half a spatchock chicken from Marsh Farm | Bude, roasted to perfection, served with a fragrant stuffing, crisp roast potatoes, seasonal greens and a rich pan gravy.

Our Sunday roasts and Bloody Marys are a perfect match.
