THE SOUS CHEF ROLE


We’re looking for a strong, calm Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help lead a busy, quality-led kitchen on the harbour in Falmouth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can run service, keep standards consistent, and coach the team — without drama.
Our current team has a great core and we’re recruiting early for 2026 after our Sous Chef stepped up into his first Head Chef role.

THE RESTAURANT MANAGER ROLE


We’re bringing in a brilliant Restaurant Manager to lead front of house into 2026. This is a genuine leadership role to provide clear structure and support so the team can deliver consistent, confident service every day.
You’ll be hands-on, standards-led, and great with people, guests and staff alike.

CHEF DE PARTIE


We’re hiring three CDPs who can run a section with pride, pace and consistency. You’ll be joining a long-standing kitchen team and a restaurant that cares about standards and teamwork — we want people who show up, crack on, and keep things positive. Each starting date will phase from Feb to April. We also have roles that are available Apr – Oct part time. These are bi weekly, hourly pay roles.

Supervisor Front of House


We are in no rush to hire this person and in truth, we hope to see someone from the current team step into this role but…there is always room for 2 supervisors at INDIDOG. It’s a busy restaurant and it needs a strong, energetic team. This role is perfect if management is the direction you’d like to take. This is not a junior role.
