BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for your reservation at INDIDOG Harbourside Restaurant. We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation you do so as soon as possible. You can contact our reservations team on 01326450699 they will be happy to help. Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate. For reservations of 5 or more diners or if we hold any events, we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and will only be charged if the cancellation terms are not met. Your booking will automatically incur a fee of £10 per person if we do not receive 24 hours notice of any cancellation or amendments and a £10 fee per person if you don’t show up on the night. Unfortunately, our experience of parties failing to cancel or amend bookings means that this policy is now required. Please call our reservations team on 01326314466 for parties of 12 or more. We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking, we are unable to hold unconfirmed bookings. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 10 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. OPEN Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat 10am till 10.30pm
Breakfast is 10am till 12pm DAILY
Lunch 12pm – 3pm Mon – Sat – Sunday is Roast Menu only and 12 till 4pm
Dinner is 6pm till 9pm Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat
COCKTAIL Hour (well 4 hours actually) 2pm till 6pm Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat
BIG TABLES
We welcome big tables, they just take some consideration. The online booking calender is able to let you book up to 12 people online but no more. Please email info@indidogeatery.com and we will get back to you. You may also try 01326450699. Leave a message if we are busy on service and we will call you back. We absolutely welcome tables of 13 and above, we just need to book it manually.
If it’s a celebration you might like to consider the 3 to 5 slot where you can have nibbles & cocktails. This is a popular choice as you can have a really good time on a Saturday afternoon without spending out on a sit down meal – just a thought.
