Expect summer lobster from Jamie in Mylor, scallops all year round from George of Mylor Fish Shop, locally caught fish from one of 3 boats fishing into Newlyn, Homage to The Bovine Ex Dairy Cow beef from Stithians in our summer burgers & winter roasts, Pork reared in Redruth, Chicken from Bude and greens from Soul Farm in Mylor.
